Printing choices for the table and MCI Note(s) on this page:

(1) Choose to print the whole page; choose Print, then choose OK.

(2) Copy the table and MCI Note(s), and paste it into a new email, then edit the table size.

(3) Highlight* table and MCI Note(s), then choose Print, check the highlighted selection, then choose OK to print.

*To Highlight - Place cursor at beginning of selected area, press AND hold down the left mouse button while dragging you cursor over the entire area that is to be selected for copying or printing.
